How the Prio One program works

Prio One is a brand of HTV USA, Inc. We operate this website, coordinate the program, and provide customer support. We are a technology and coordination company — we do not practice medicine, and we are not a pharmacy.

Your medical care comes from independent clinicians. When you complete the health questionnaire, it is reviewed by a licensed physician practicing with an independent telemedicine group. Only your clinician decides whether a prescription is appropriate — Prio One has no influence on that decision, and a prescription is never guaranteed.

Your pharmacy is your choice. If you choose home delivery, Carepoint Healthcare, an independent pharmacy, fills and ships your prescription. You can instead have your prescription sent to any pharmacy you prefer, and you can transfer it at any time. The free first supply is available through Carepoint home delivery only.

Our relationship with Exeltis. HTV USA, Inc. shares common ownership with Exeltis, the manufacturer of SLYND®. Exeltis also funds the free first supply offered in this program. Exeltis plays no role in your medical care and does not receive data that identifies you — no patient-level, prescriber-level or payer-level information — apart from legally required safety reporting, which is handled under its own rules.

What this means for you. You get one coordinated experience — questionnaire, telehealth review, pharmacy — from parties that each have their own responsibility to you. Each step tells you who is acting; your information moves between them only as described in our Privacy Policy and only to run your program.

Where the program is available. The Prio One program is offered in all 50 U.S. states and Washington, D.C. Every consultation is provided by a clinician licensed in your state — your state is confirmed at the start of the questionnaire — and medication is dispensed only by a pharmacy licensed for your delivery address.
