These terms cover your use of prio-one.com and the Prio One program. By using the site or starting the program, you agree to them.
Prio One (HTV USA, Inc.) operates this website, coordinates the program, and provides customer support. We do not practice medicine, and we are not a pharmacy. Your consultation is arranged through our partner Populus Health Technologies under its own terms, which you acknowledge during intake. Medical decisions are made solely by independent licensed clinicians and their practice, under the practice's own terms and privacy notice. Pharmacy services are provided by the pharmacy you choose (Carepoint Healthcare for home delivery, or any pharmacy you name) under the pharmacy's own terms. Each party is responsible to you for its own services. Prio One is not liable for the professional acts or omissions of your clinician, their practice, our partner Populus, or your pharmacy; this does not limit their own responsibility to you, and it does not limit any liability of ours that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
You complete a health questionnaire; an independent licensed clinician reviews it and decides, in their sole professional judgment, whether a prescription is appropriate. A prescription is never guaranteed. If you receive one, you choose where it is filled. Prio One shares common ownership with Exeltis, the manufacturer of SLYND®; Exeltis has no role in your care and receives no information that identifies you.
You must be 18 or older, located in a state where the program operates, and provide accurate, complete information — your clinician relies on it. Keep your account credentials to yourself and tell us if something is wrong at support@prio-one.com.
You can pause or stop at any time via your patient portal or support@prio-one.com. Stopping doesn't undo charges you already confirmed, and prescriptions remain your clinician's and pharmacy's responsibility.
We and the program parties send service messages (email/SMS) about your consultation, prescription, orders and deliveries, as disclosed at intake. Marketing is separate and opt-in only.
Don't misuse the site: no unlawful use, no accessing others' data, no interfering with operation, no scraping at scale. The site, its content and trademarks belong to us or our licensors; we grant you a personal, non-transferable right to use the site for the program.
The program is not for emergencies. If you think you have a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, and our total liability for claims relating to the site or our coordination services is limited to the greater of $100 or the amounts you paid in the program in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing limits the responsibility of your clinician or pharmacy for their own services. In particular, nothing in this section limits our liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or personal injury caused by our own services, and nothing takes away rights you have under the consumer-protection laws of your state.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If you have a concern, please contact us first at support@prio-one.com — most issues can be resolved quickly and informally. Any dispute we cannot resolve informally will be heard exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, and both sides consent to their jurisdiction — except that you may bring an individual claim in small-claims court, or in your home state where its law gives you that right. Nothing in this section limits rights you have under the consumer-protection laws of your state.
We may update these terms; material changes take effect after we notify you, and continued use means acceptance.
